Introduction

The mixed materials such as PCBN micro-powder and binding agent are sintered at high temperature and high pressure conditions. The material of the whole blade is PCBN. There are three types of blades with or without holes, sinking holes and through holes.

1. Should be used having a sufficient power and rigidity of the machine tool system;

2. Try to use a larger radius of the tool tip arc to ensure the maximum strength of the tool;

3. Perform negative chamfering on CBN turning inserts to avoid chipping during chip breaking;

4. Do not use cutting fluid during high-speed intermittent cutting.
