BN(CHINA) Technology new product - DL-8500 series, the product appearance for the bright black high-strength cubic boron nitride single crystal, the use of a new formulation system, high-activity lithium-based multi-composite materials as the main catalyst, add the appropriate amount of crystal inducer and crystal structure distortion factor, with the hexagonal boron nitride provided by DEFPENG, successfully developed the series products.

Under the action of the crystal shape inducer, the cubic boron nitride single crystal can be grown according to the designer's requirements, which realizes the controllable adjustment of the crystal shape. The distortion factor can be co-integrated into the cubic boron nitride crystal cell to distort the crystal structure, thus improving the hardness, strength and stability of the single crystal. The synthesis process combines the nucleation and oscillation of cubic boron nitride single crystal, nucleation and growth mechanism, and optimizes the process so that the B and N atoms are deposited and grown in an orderly manner, with full exclusion of impurities, and the whole cubic boron nitride single crystal shows an orderly layered growth structure.

The main features of this series of products are: more crystal surfaces and bright black, angular, with higher strength and hardness, good thermal stability.

In order to meet different application requirements, the DL-8500 series is subdivided into two products, DL-8500A and DL-8500B.

DL-8500A has a complete regular block structure with many and complete mirrors, sharp angles, higher strength and thermal stability, TI value of 81, TTI value of 76. It can satisfy powerful grinding and is suitable for metal and ceramic bond systems.

DL-8500B has an irregular block structure with more angles, perfect combination of sharpness and self-sharpness, high strength and thermal stability, TI value of 76 and TTI value of 73, which can realize the unity of high efficiency and longevity. Suitable for ceramic bond and high strength resin bond systems.
